4. Return Shipping:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.

5. Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund amount, as returned orders are no longer eligible for the promotion.
